IUV signed a labor supply cooperation agreement with Japan

– In the morning of September 11, Vinh Industrial University signed a cooperation agreement with Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and FAJ – WILL GROUP JSC (Japan).
At the ceremony, there were many comrades: Bui Sy Loi – Deputy Chairman of National and Social Affairs Committee of the National Assembly; Nguyen Xuan Duong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Vo Viet Thanh – Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee and representatives of leaders of some related departments, agencies.
On the Japanese side, there were Mr. Dohi Sadayreki – Director of FAJ Company, Mr. Kitagawa Sato – Head of International Cooperation Department of Will Group.
Will Group is an organization listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange with 10 subsidiaries in Japan and 9 branches and representative offices abroad. FAJ is a subsidiary of Will Group with 30 branches and 24 representative offices in Japanese factories, with a total workforce of 8,000, of which 1,721 are Vietnamese.

The signing of cooperation will be an opportunity for Vinh University of Industry to do well in training. On that basis, supplying high-tech labor to Japanese labor markets and countries in Asia. It is expected that in the first year of signing, Vinh University of Industry will send about 200 Vietnamese workers to Japan to work.
At the signing ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Xuan Duong highly appreciated the signing program to jointly train and develop human resources in the North Central region, in order to meet the employment of the labor force in Nghe An. An in particular, Vietnam in general and Japan in the future.

The Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee also affirmed that the signing ceremony will continue to open a new chapter in the process of operation and development of Vinh University of Industry, an effective approach to the 4.0 revolution, to join the enterprises, educational and training establishments in the province and the whole country have access to modern technology … in order to educate generations of advanced workers and engineers in accordance with international standards.
