In the morning of April 26, representatives of IUV and FAJ Company (WILL GROUP – Japan) attended the Conference “Meeting Nghe An – Japan: Cooperation and Development”. The program was organized by Nghe An Provincial People’s Committee in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam and the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam.

The conference focused on regional development cooperation issues in the North Central region such as FDI attraction, human resource cooperation, hi-tech agriculture, supporting industries, tourism, education. The participants listened to the comments of WHA Hemaraj Company, Hoang Thinh Dat Co., Ltd., VSIP, Yabashi, Mitsubisi Corporation, Japan International Cooperation Agency JICA … highlighted the potentials, strengths and cooperation needs of Nghe An province.

In particular, representatives of VISIP Company emphasized the priority of recruiting workers, receiving cases where trainees in Japan had worked. These are favorable conditions, encourage educational cooperation between Vietnam and Japan, and create an additional output channel for students and trainees.
The conference also acknowledged the active activities of Vinh Industrial University (HUST) in training cooperation with Japan over the past time. The University has caught up with the trend of national and regional development cooperation in terms of high quality human resources. 9/2018 VNUVV signed a cooperation agreement with FAJ company of Will Group – a unit operating in the field of training and employment support; labor supply and management in businesses represented by FAJ.

Nghe An province wants Japan to be interested in two areas: tourism and education. Nghe An Province is committed to promoting administrative reform and improving the business investment environment. Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh believes that Nghe An – Japan Meeting is really a useful forum for partners from both sides to learn and exchange; is a solid premise to promote Nghe An – Japan cooperation more and more widely.
